Under The Cover | Girl In A Coma "Transmission"

Not as blah as Ian Curtis would have liked, but, it give the version a bit of a kick.

Gone Too Soon...

Over at DC9 this afternoon they posted what a very shocking story, and a very sad one. One of our favoritest bands, 100 Damned Guns, has broken up.

The Flaming Lips | Breathe

The Flaming Lips hit up Late Night Jimmy on Friday for their rendition of Pink Floyd's classic "Breathe." A fantastic performance...

Beck | Devil Inside

Since this is the first record of Mr. Beck's record club I actually know or give a "rip" about, I found this particular video pretty interesting. Beck and friends take on INXS' "Devil Inside."

Sarah Jaffe Premier | Watch Me Fall Apart

We're pretty excited to exclusively premier a track from Sarah Jaffe's new album Suburban Nature. We're pretty big fans of hers and we absolutely love this track. Sure, there are more than a few really good songs Jaffe's debut LP, but, this song that comes next-to-last on the track listing is probably the best song on her album. It's one that could actually become a big hit if it found it's way to the radio.

All that being said, check out "Watch Me Fall Apart" below.

Survive | Lunar Eclipse

What do you get when you take the synths from dark House and mix them with broken beats? Sometimes a mess, but, not with "Lunar Eclipse." Survive have managed to blend the two sounds and mix Burial with dark house sounds that are astounding. Slowed down, not chill, but could soundtrack any storyline involving Patrick Bateman.
