I'm not sure if it's the drizzly weather or the chill in the air that has been around lately, but, I've been thoroughly enjoying Dallas' Shock of Pleasure lately. Their downtempo, trip-hop vibe really gets me.
I wrote about them for The Squawker last week, but, I wanted to throw this up on BFD too. It's their cover of The Carpenters "Superstar." Sure, it doesn't have Karen Carpenter's sugary sweet voice, no, that's been replaced by singer Kelley Christian.
