Being that Noah Stitelman is the sole neighbor, and from Brooklyn, I'm surprised he didn't decide to spell it European style.That being said he's crafted a nice little electronic indie-pop number. Lying somewhere between the horribly over-rated "chillwave" and Postal Service elements, Neighbors are set to make a name for itself.
