Apparently W. Axl Rose's Chinese Democracy was finished before Christmas. He may forgo the traditional way of releasing an album and release it the Radiohead way...pay what you like! But, as big as Axl's ego is, I'm sure he wants the cash for his album. I mean, it's been what, like 17 years since Use Your Illusions I & II came out? I'm sure plenty of people will be chomping at the bit for this one.
