Travis Barker Gets Dope Boy Fresh

While I wasn't a huge fan of the original version of "Jockin' Jay-Z" this remixed version of it puts it in the world of rock and/or roll.  Travis Barker puts in work remixing this one with the heavy handed boom-bap on the drums that he's known for.  It has a more rocked out feel than "99 Problems," and it has some nice Miami Bass hits in it that sound sweet coming out of the ol' speakers. I love all the Travis Barker remixes, he can turn the crappiest song into gold. His Soulja Boy remix is a fine example of that. His remix of Busta's 'Don't Touch Me' was one of the best of 2008. He and DJ-AM have an entire album full of this type of stuff called 'Fix Your Face' too that's good.

Yeah, I dig the Fix Your Face album he did with AM. I'm particularly fond of the reworked "Killing In The Name" track, it's sweet pickles.
