If your town is anything like the one I live in then you are bound to have some kind of "Taste of..." festival during the year. Or, maybe you don't, who knows. But, I thought this was kind of an odd pairing. The Black Crowes will be playing Taste of Addison, Saturday May 10, here in the Dallas area. I find it odd because they aren't a state fair kind of band. Sure, I can see the Go-Go's, Goo Goo Dolls or the mother of all fair playing bands, Poison, playing there. But, the Black Crowes? Odd. I'm definitely going to check it out.
If you know anything about Addison, it's for yuppies. But, Restaurant Row on Beltline is the shiz.
