The A.V. Club has a list of artists who peaked with their debut album. And, as you can see on the left, Rage's debut was among them. Also making the list were Kanye West, The Sundays and Snoop Dogg, nee Snoop Doggy Dogg.
I would have to disagree with the Rage mention. But, that's just me. (A.V. Club)
